4. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through Zykero are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount at the time of booking
• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Follow the coach's cancellation policy

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by coach. Generally, cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches using Zykero agree to:

• Maintain valid certifications and qualifications
• Provide professional and safe training services
• Honor all bookings or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Zykero to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Zykero acts as a platform connecting coaches and clients. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by coaches. Users assume all risks associated with fitness activities and should consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Zykero after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
