5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by coach. Generally, cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Provide professional and safe training services
• Honor all bookings or provide adequate notice for cancellations

8. Limitation of Liability

FitCoach acts as a platform connecting coaches and clients. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by coaches. Users assume all risks associated with fitness activities and should consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of FitCoach after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
